Any workspace that isn’t closed or pending approval — so Active, On hold, or Closing. The moment you close a workspace its charge stops, and it stays available read-only, free, forever.
No. The company that creates a workspace owns it and pays for it. The invited counterparty collaborates fully — unlimited people — without a subscription, a card, or an organization of their own.
Nowhere. Both companies can invite as many people as the work needs. The bill scales with the number of client projects you run, not with headcount.
If you’ve added a card, the trial converts automatically to per-workspace billing. If not, the subscription simply ends — your data is kept, and whenever you’re ready you can restart from the billing page: add a payment method and every workspace reattaches automatically.
Yes. Tenant administrators can cap the number of active workspaces, and can require approval before a new workspace goes live — nothing gets created (or billed) without sign-off.
Through Stripe. Each active workspace appears as its own labeled line on your invoice, with a stable reference code, so finance can map every dollar to a project. Card details never touch our platform.
